Ticket/Pass Policy

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. EACH TICKET/PASS IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE AND ADMISSION MAY BE REFUSED. BREACH OF TERMS OR RULES WILL TERMINATE THIS LICENSE WITHOUT REFUND. HRP Myrtle Beach Operations, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company ("HRP"), reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct HRP deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with HRP rules. As a guest, you are required to comply with HRP's safety rules and are cautioned to heed all warnings. HRP reserves the right to close Hard Rock Park (the "Park") at any time and issue full or late-day rain checks. No refunds or early-day rain checks shall be given. Prices, dates, times, attractions and entertainment subject to availability and change without notice. Ticket/Pass Holder ("Holder") acknowledges that ("the Park") will be closed during certain times of the year. THIS TICKET/PASS IS NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, MAY NOT BE COPIED, RESOLD, OR DUPLICATED AND MAY ONLY BE USED ONCE PER DAY. THIS TICKET/PASS IS VOID IF ALTERED. This ticket/pass is not subject to any refund and bears no cash value. If issued complimentarily, this ticket/pass shall not be exchangeable. This ticket/pass shall not be used for any form of commercial or trade purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes unless formal written authorization is given by HRP. Unlawful resale (or attempt) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets/passes obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and, if so, are void. HRP is not responsible for any inconvenience or liability caused by unauthorized duplication of this ticket/pass. Unauthorized duplication or sale of this ticket/pass will prevent your admittance to the Park. The barcode only allows one (1) entry per day. In the event of a dispute, HRP's electronic record will prevail. Re-entry ticket and valid hand stamp are required for Park re-entry. Holder and Holder's belongings may be searched on entry. Holder consents to such searches and waives any related claims that may arise. If Holder elects not to consent to such searches, Holder may be denied entry. Certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, illegal drugs, controlled substances, food, coolers, bundles and containers. By accepting admission with this ticket/pass, you agree to release HRP from all responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or delay that you may incur and any accompanying minor. Holder assumes all risks incidental to the admission, including, without limitation, injuries caused by rides, shows, interactive elements or attractions. Holder agrees that HRP and all of their respective affiliates, licensors, agents, officers, directors, members, owners and employees are released of any claims arising from such causes. Holder agrees not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of any events or attractions in the Park for commercial purposes. Holder grants permission to utilize Holder's (and any accompanying minor's) image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at, the Park, in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation. HRP reserves the right to modify, amend or edit the terms of this Disclaimer without notice IT IS AGREED BETWEEN HRP AND TICKET/PASS USERS THAT ALL CLAIMS FOR INJURY OR LOSS ARISING INCIDENT TO THEIR PRESENCE AT THE PARK SHALL BE LITIGATED IN HORRY COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA.
