Service
For your convenience, Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
are located throughout Hard Rock Park.
Camera
Services
Disposable cameras are available for purchase in most
park gift shops. Camera rental is not available.
Credit
Cards & Other Payment Types
We proudly accept MasterCard, Visa, American
Express & Discover throughout Hard Rock Park.
Travelers Checks and Rocker Bucks are also accepted.
We do not accept foreign currency at this time.
First
Aid
There is a First Aid station located inside the park,
at the front of the All Access Entry Plaza.
Kennel
Services & Animal Services
Assistance
animals on a leash are permitted into Hard Rock Park.
Pets are not permitted. We do not offer kennel services
at this time.
Lockers
For your convenience, lockers may be rented for a
small fee during your visit to Hard Rock Park and
are located in the All Access Entry Plaza and some
attractions throughout the park.
Lost
& Found
All items of value found at Hard Rock Park are turned
in to Lost and Found, located in Guest Services, in
a timely manner. All other items found are stored
in a safe place at the location and will be turned
into Lost and Found at the end of the night. Lost
and Found may be reached by calling Guest Services
at: 843-646-6314.
Maps
You may use our Hard Rock Park Map to help plan your
day. Maps display locations of all rides, attractions,
shows, dining, shopping and other services throughout
the park.
Package
Pick-up Service
Items purchased throughout your day at
the park can be held and delivered to the ALL ACCESS
merchandise shop just inside the front gate. Guests
can pick up their purchase at ALL ACCESS just before
leaving the park.
Parking
Info
Daily general parking and valet service is available
for guests. Accessible parking is available for guests
with a legal parking permit.

Operation
Schedules & Updates
To provide Hard Rock Park guests with the highest
kickass experience, attraction maintenance is sometimes
required. Dates of non-operation are subject to change
without notice.
Rider
Swap
Guests with children who are unable to ride an attraction
may utilize our Rider Swap procedure. Ask any Attendant
at an attraction for assistance.
Resort
Transportation
For your convenience, Hard Rock Park offers taxi service
from the park through Rock Star Cabs. Standard taxi
services rates will apply.
Stroller
Rentals
For the convenience of guests will small children,
strollers are available for rent at the Rental Office
located at the front of the All Access Entry Plaza.
Single
Stroller Rental Fee: $9.00/day
Double Stroller Rental Fee: $15.00/day
You
must be at least 18 years of age. Valid photo ID required.
Rentals must be returned to the Rental Office.
Wheelchair
Rentals
For the convenience of guests with disabilities, wheelchairs
and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) are available
for rent at the Rentals Office located at the front
of the All Access Entry Plaza.
